'Yours Truly Range' is my hand made jewelry in which i create with all my love and care! It is my own range meaning the ideas are completely my own, and i really enjoy creating these pieces for your benefit and satisfaction. Its girly, beautiful and not to mention unique, meaning no one could possibly be wearing the same design as you!

I accept Paypal as i believe it is an extremely safe way of transfering funds, and it is highly reccomended. I also accept cash payments through the post but this means your purchase will not be dispatched until the payment is recieved.

I ship my products at first class postage which will arive approximately 1-3 days after purchase. This applies to the UK but any where outside the UK will be posted by airmail and the time this takes to deliver can vary. Also, if you would like your purchase the next day or you would like it tracked, i can sent it via special delivery but the charge of postage will be higher. *NOTE* please read 'Terms and Conditions' for details on shipping. If however you would like the package insured, please talk to me via email.

Of course! I will be happy for you to purchase my products if you are outside of the UK, and it will be delivered to you via airmail.

If you live in the UK your purchase will be sent to you via first class postage taking from 1-3 days to be delivered. However if you live outside of the UK it may take slightly longer due to airmail postage. If you would like your package the next day, this can be arranged if you talk to me via my email, but you will be charged a higher rate of postage.

I only accept exchanges if the product sent to you is the wrong one. Otherwise i am not responsible for any items lost or damaged by the postal service.

Any NON INSURED packages are sent at buyer's risk. I, the seller, am not responsible for damage or or loss by Royal Mail if UNINSURED, but if you are insured and there is a problem, the insurance claim should be taken out with the POST OFFICE and not the seller. I am not responsible for your package after its been taken to the post office. Any uncertainties about the where abouts of your package will be the post office's responsibility, not mine.

YES! I will be happy to make anything you suggest to me as long as it is not copying any one elses work. I would love to make you a truly unique piece especially for you! Please notify me of your design to my business email. This will take longer to get to you obviously as i have to make your design then send it to you.
